Our patented LineStretch One wrapping machine wraps coils of any type and size to protect your products from external influences and corrosion. The motion axes of the stretch wrapping machine guide the roll of wrapping material on an optimal path around the product cross-section to be wrapped. Here, the film roll is transferred from the left to the right handling system.

It is an automatic wrapping machine. It offers an individual machine solution to wrap coils, tube bundles, slit strips and flat, long as well as wide long products with suitable wrapping materials. The LineStretch One system guides the wrapping material on an optimized path around the product cross-section to be wrapped.
The LineStretch One has two opposing linear systems. The axes of the linear systems move in horizontal and vertical direction. A tool hand is mounted on each linear system. These tool hands can transfer the rolls of wrapping material to each other. This creates a system that can move the rolls of wrapping material around or through the products on freely definable paths in the limit ranges of the linear axes. The optimum path around the product cross-section to be wrapped is always calculated.
